Out of everything I've seen for this fandom here on NG, this is a breath of fresh air. (Seriously, if you want to feel like going out and stabbin' a bitch, look at some of the M and A RG pics... But seriously, don't. You'll regret it.)

But this? This should be framed and replace the mona lisa! It's in-character, the details are perfect, and it could be seen as ship art (Personally, I don't really ship any characters in RG, as that's not really a focus outside of like, Ruby and Skull Boy I guess... Also, if it is ship art, I approve greatly!)

All-in-all? Amazing art, 10/10!

OK, lets get the rating out of the way. 7/10. Let me explain why

Iris's eye is too small. Even in the show itself, her eye is bigger than the other's eyes, so why it's so small her is beyond me. (-1 point)

I think that you forgot the Skull part of Skull Boy's name as his head looks like shrink wrap around a skull, causing him to fall wayyyyyy into the uncanny valley (-1 point)

Misery's signiture tears are either very faint or aren't there at all (-1 point)

Other than that, you got Frank, Len, Poe, Doom and Ruby well. (7 points)

Scaredy though? I'm a biiit indecisive about him... He looks more like a cat than a bat, so I had confused him for Doom for a bit, but deducting a point because of that would have been tooo nitpicky.

So... yeah.

In my defense, I've had Bianca's design nailed down long before Undertale ever came out. :P

Natalie is heavily influenced by the character "Shizuo Heiwajima" from the show "Durarara!!" Her design is also influenced by a background character in one of K009's web comics. Mainly just the concept of headphones and pigtails on a character.

I never really thought too much about it, but I guess Akira is exactly as you mention. There's always been some loose Abigail influence, but I never really realized how similarly she looks to current day IRL me. I designed her long before I ever dyed/cut my hair. I was just originally going for a design I liked, but I may have subconsciously made an Abby/Erin hybrid, lol.
